una delle più antiche e nobili tenute di Maremma di 150 ha che, con
le antiche scuderie, i magazzini, il frantoio, le case coloniche,
la cappella di famiglia, ecc., conserva il fascino e le bellezze di
un tempo. Gli appartamenti ricavati nell’antico granaio e in
altre abitazioni sono stati arredati con cura dalla proprietaria.
Pia vi accoglierà in un ambiente molto rilassante, ideale per gli

As soon as
you pass the big gate with the initials of Villa Tolomei, you will
find you are in one of the oldest and noblest farms of Maremma measuring
150 hectares. Its ancient stables, warehouse, oil-mill, farmhouses,
family chapel, etc. still retain the charm of the past. The apartments
inside the old barn and the other outbuildings have been decorated
with great care by the owner. Pia will welcome you in a relaxing environment,
ideal for nature lovers. Ample rooms for parties, seminars or meetings
are available. Above-ground pool and “bocce”. The beach
is only 30 minutes away by car, tennis (1 km). Horses can be stabled
in the farm.

Dès que vous
aurez dépassé l’immense portail aux initiales de la Villa Tolomei,
vous vous trouverez dans une des plus anciennes et nobles propriétés
de la Maremme. Avec ses 150 hectares, ses anciennes écuries, son pressoir
à olives, ses fermes attenantes, la chapelle de famille, etc... elle
conserve le charme et les beautés d’autrefois. Les appartements
restaurés dans l’ancien grenier et dans d’autres habitations
ont été aménagés avec goût par Pia, la propriétaire. Charmants points
de rencontre entre hôtes: grande salle pour fêtes ou séminaires, piscine
hors-sol, pétanque. Mer à 30 mn en voiture, tennis à 1 km. Possibilité
d’accueillir les chevaux à la ferme.
