L’agriturismo
“Della Serra” è caratterizzato soprattutto da una cucina
creativa e genuina: particolare nel gusto e tradizionale negli ingredienti.
Nella tavola “della Serra” ritroverete come una volta il
pane appena sfornato, la pasta ed i biscotti fatti in casa, ecc. Il
casale coniuga inoltre la vista-mare della riviera romagnola con la
veduta delle splendide colline del Montefeltro. Sarete alloggiati
in camere arredate in modo semplice e funzionale ricavate da una struttura
interamente ristrutturata utilizzando materiali di recupero di rustici
che risalgono ad alcuni secoli addietro. Da scoprire, i castelli di
Gradara e di San Leo e le città di Urbino e di San Marino.

“Della Serra” zeichnet sich vorallem durch seine kreative
und gepflegte Küche aus: traditionelle sorgfältig ausgewählte Zutaten
werden in gelungener Weise zu neuen Geschmacksrichtungen verbunden.
Hausgebackenes frisches Brot und hausgemachte Nudeln und Gebäck gehören
zu den Traditionen des Hofes. Das rustikale vollständig restaurierte
Bauernhaus, das den Blick auf die romagnolische Riviera mit der Aussicht
auf die suggestiven Hügel des Montefeltro verbindet, hat einfach und
funktionell eingerichtete Gästezimmer. Bei der Renovierung wurden
teilweise antike Originalmaterialien verwendet. Ausflugsziele: Urbino
und San Marino. die Schlösser von Gradara und San Leo.

a genuine and creative cuisine in this farm, especially in matters
of taste and culinary tradition. You will be able to enjoy home-made
bread, as well as home-made pasta, cookies and other specialties,
as in the old days. From the rustic house you can view the beach of
the Riviera of Romagna and the splendid hills of the Montefeltro region.
Accomodation in simple rooms in a completely restored building, where
all original century old material has been reused to create the same
rustic style. The castles of Gradara and San Leo as well as Urbino
and San Marino are well worth visiting.

hameau, vous apprécierez tout particulièrement la créativité de sa
cuisine: des recettes originales par leur goût mais traditionnelles
par l’utilisation d’ingredients locaux. Sur la table “della
Sera”, vous trouverez, comme autrefois, le pain à peine sorti
du four, les pâtes et les biscuits faits “in casa”. Magnifiques
vues sur la rivière romagnole et sur les collines du Montefeltro.
Vous serez logés dans des chambres simples mais fonctionnelles, situées
dans une ferme restaurée dans le plus grand respect des structures
originelles. N’oubliez pas de vous rendre aux châteaux de Gradara
et de San Leo et de visiter les villes d’Urbino et de San Marino.
